Routing issues at our datacenter (Resolved)

Affecting Server - US1 | Priority - Critical

A routing error has been discovered at our datacenter, which affects the network connectivity of our US servers. We are working with our datacenter engineers to correct the problem and restore the connectivity to the affected servers.

This notification will be updated as soon as there is progress on the subject.

We apologize for any inconveniences caused!

--- Update Sept 26 23:15 ---

The issue was resolved - a faulty routing table in one of the datacenter's core routers was the culprit. The datacenter engineers corrected that table and connectivity has been restored.

EU1 is down due to a hardware failure (Resolved)

Affecting Server - EU1 | Priority - Critical

EU1 is down due to a bad RAM chip. The datacenter engineers are currently investigating the issue.

This problem prompted us to speed up the migration of our European clients to our new cloud. All accounts are currently being transferred from the old machine to the new one. Unfortunately, due to the hardware failure, we have to use our latest backups from June 21, 2016. We will sync all recent data as well, though, so that at least emails will not be lost.

We will update this issue when all accounts have been migrated.

Update June 22, 2016, 13:34 UTC:

The server has been successfully restored in our new cloud, and is up and running.

Please report any issues to us at support@solid-hosting.net or through our support system at https://clients.solid-hosting.net
